金时代国际文化基金于2020年在纽约注册，系政府注册的501 C（3）非盈利机构，享有美国联邦政府免税待遇，所有捐赠单位和个人的善款均可在美国抵扣年度所得税。

基金旨在增加中美文化交流，提高华人对中美文化的了解和认同的同时也增加与各族裔之间的文化交流与沟通，增强社区文化氛围。 基金将通过主办各种文化活动努力打造一个高水准的文化交流平台和窗口。

金时代国际文化基金业务范围包括联系中美经贸、文化、艺术团体，信息共享；筹划举办各种经贸、文化艺术展览和经贸、文化、艺术节以及举办各种大型文艺演出；艺术人才选拔赛、协助办理参加中美各种艺术比赛、提供文化交流平台等事宜。

The Golden Times International Culture Foundation is registered as 501 C(3)Non-Profit organization in New York State in year 2020. Sponsor organizations or individuals will enjoy tax exemption from Federal government.

The foundation aims to increase cultural exchanges between China and the United States, improve the understanding and recognition of Chinese and American cultures, at the meantime increase the cultural exchanges and communication with various ethnic group of people, enhance the cultural atmosphere of the community. The foundation will strive to build a high-level culture exchange platform window by hosting various cultural activities.

The business scope of the Golden Times International Foundation includes contacting Sion-US economic、 trade cultural and art organizations, information sharing, organizing and participating different kinds of competitions between China and the United States etc.
